For the past 20 years or so I have used Royal for all of my airport transportation.  They have never failed and this last trip is just another example of their excellence.  Logan limo pick up is a mess.    On this trip we got in much later and much more tired then usual.  Their driver Pascal had to wait for us to get through customs as well as wait for our bags.  The limo pickup are was moved from the last time and it was a long haul from getting out of the terminal.  Since it had moved I called Pascal and asked how to find him.  He told me how to head toward the pickup area and as soon as he saw us coming he came running over to help us.  Perfect customer service.  You guys are the best!!
